• Calamus – Relieves digestive discomfort
• Dried Ginger – Relieves Nausea
• Citrus Aurantium Dulcis – Promotes relaxation and mood changes
• Tangerine Peel – Reduces stress associated with motion sickness.
• Ice Chips – Soothes feeling of nausea and discomfort
• Menthol – Relieves minor aches and pain

Inactive Ingredients:

• Laurocapram, Hot Melt Adhesive

• Apply at least 30 minutes before activity. Patches may be worn up to 7 hours.
• Remove adhesive layer of the patch.
• For mild symptoms, apply 2 patches, 1 behind each ear.
• For more severe symptoms, apply 2 additional patches on the temple.

• For external use only.
• Do not use on damaged, broken or irritated skin.
• Consult your health care provider before using if you have an existing medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing.
• Stop use immediately if you experience side effects such as skin irritation.
